DLA appoints new litigation and regulatory partner
DLA Piper has announced that Nathan (Nate) Bush has joined Litigation and Regulatory practice in Singapore as head of investigations for Asia and head of antitrust and competition in Asia.

DLA Piper has announced that Nathan (Nate) Bush has joined Litigation and Regulatory practice in Singapore as head of investigations for Asia and head of antitrust and competition in Asia.
Bush’s practice focuses on internal investigations, regulatory proceedings, and compliance counselling involving anti-bribery and anticorruption laws such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA); antitrust and competition laws; fraud and market misconduct; and international trade.
After beginning his career in Washington, D.C., Bush practiced in China for eight years from 2004 to 2012 and in Singapore since 2013. He has advised clients in diverse industries, including financial services, life sciences, technology, media, and consumer goods, on matters spanning China, India, Korea, Japan, and the Asean region.
Terry O’Malley, chair of DLA Piper’s Asia Committee said: “Nate is a great investigations, compliance, and antitrust lawyer with extensive Asia experience and a strong reputation across the market”.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Bush was a partner at a leading international law firm having worked there in Singapore and Beijing.
