MFS strengthens Southeast Asia management team
Emily Koh appointed relationship director for institutional sales

MFS Investment Management has appointed Emily Koh as relationship director for institutional sales for Southeast Asia.

She will be responsible for institutional business development and managing client relationships in the region, ultimately contributing to the firm’s overall growth ambitions in Asia.

Koh joined MFS in June 2024 from Wellington Management, where as relationship manager and vice-president she was responsible for business development and client relationship management in Southeast Asia.

Before that, she was associate director of institutional business (Southeast Asia) at Amundi Asset Management for three years. Additionally, she held roles at Western Asset Management Company and PIMCO Asia. Altogether, she has over 15 years of sales and relationship management experience in the asset management industry.

Based in Singapore, Koh will report to Sally Choo, Singapore CEO and managing director for Asia ex-Japan.
