Neuberger Berman sharpens focus on single family offices
Simon Cheung named senior vice president to spearhead efforts in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia
The Asset 13 Aug 2024

Neuberger Berman has appointed Simon Cheung as senior vice president to spearhead its single family office efforts in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Cheung reports to Greg Wu, head of institutional client group for Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Cheung has gained extensive experience at UBS, China Minsheng Financial, J.P. Morgan, and Goldman Sachs. His focus on servicing single family offices aligns well with Neuberger Berman's strategy to expand its presence in this client segment.

Wu, who relocated from Taiwan to Singapore last year and assumed an expanded role, is focused on driving the firm's institutional business across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
