Citibank Indonesia (Citi Indonesia) has appointed Edwin Pribadi as its head of Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) for Indonesia, with responsibility for overseeing the bank’s CCB business and operations in the country and driving its business strategy and financial performance, including deepening client relationships.

CCB is a key part in Citi’s engine for growth, the bank notes, “delivering a range of competitive products, including cash and liquidity management, foreign exchange, trade finance, capital markets and lending solutions, to mid-sized corporates that are either global or looking at building an international footprint.”

Pribadi started his career with the Citi as a regional management associate in 2023, followed by assignment to Citi Group’s operations and technology leadership development programme in Shanghai in 2006. Over the years, he has held various leadership positions within the bank, including roles as a trade and tax operation unit head, and a commercial banking relationship manager team leader. In 2013, he moved to OCBC Indonesia, where he served as a business banking credit programme and portfolio management head, and later as the enterprise banking business head.

“Indonesia remains an important market to Citi given its prominence within Southeast Asia and its strategic ties with other countries in the region,” says Gunjan Kalra head of CCB for Asia North, Australia and Asia South. “We’re witnessing the emergence of numerous mid-sized companies in Indonesia, having the vision to expand their presence regionally and even globally. With Pribadi’s expertise and track record, he is well placed to support our CCB client’s ambitions, while taking our Indonesia business to greater heights.”
