Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT Management, the manager of Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT (KORE), has appointed Bridget Lee (李小佩) as a non-executive and non-independent director on its board, effective October 20.
Lee is currently chief operating officer of Keppel Capital and chief executive officer of Keppel Capital Alternative Asset, where she spearheads Keppel Capital’s efforts to invest in new platforms and initiatives. She has more than 20 years of experience in investment, corporate finance as well as mergers and acquisitions in investment companies and financial institutions in Asia and the United States.
Prior to joining the Keppel Group in 2017, Lee spent over 12 years with Mapletree Investments and Temasek Holdings. At Mapletree, she oversaw China real estate markets, while at Temasek, she covered various investment groups including the real estate and financial institutions sectors.
Lee holds a bachelor of accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and a master of management from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
Meanwhile, Paul Tham (谭伟心) is stepping down from the board of Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT Management, with effect from October 20, after having served for more than four years on the board.
Following the changes, the board will comprise six directors, namely Peter McMillan III as chairman, non-executive and non-independent director; Soong Hee Sang, lead independent director; John J. Ahn, Kenneth Tan Jhu Hwa, and Sharon Wortmann, non-executive and independent directors; and Bridget Lee.
