Standard Chartered names global head of private and priority banking
Raymond Ang has 25 years of experience in consumer and private banking

Standard Chartered Bank has appointed Raymond Ang as global head of private and priority banking, responsible for the bank’s affluent client continuum. He will be based in Singapore and will report to Judy Hsu, chief executive officer of consumer, private and business banking.

Ang has 25 years of experience across consumer and private banking, and has held senior positions covering many of the bank’s key markets, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and Singapore.

His appointment is subject to regulatory approval. He will join the bank later in the year, according to a bank statement.
