André Warmuth took over the newly-created position managing director finance on September 3, responsible for accounting, controlling, tax, risk management, compliance and regulatory reporting. Based in Zurich, he reports directly to Michael Sieg, chairman and CEO of the ThomasLloyd Group.

Recently, internal promotion led to the appointment of a chief operating officer in addition to experienced executives appointed to HR and corporate communication.

Warmuth last worked as senior manager M&A/strategic operations for Volkswagen Financial Services AG in Germany, Portugal and China, before that two years as CFO of personnel service provider Etengo (Germany) AG.

"I am delighted to bring in my diverse experience now at ThomasLloyd. Being responsible for a highly motivated and professional team, my goal is to contribute to the further growth of the ThomasLloyd Group in a pragmatic and service-oriented way in my area of responsibilities," says Warmuth.

Sieg comments: "With André Warmuth, we have gained an experienced financial expert who has already been an active manager in the transformation of companies on several occasions. His profound know-how in areas such as controlling, risk management and process optimization will significantly support our global expansion."
