Kris Hopkins will manage the Singapore futures execution team and report to Kevin Zolkiewicz
The Asset 13 Oct 2017

CITI has appointed Kris Hopkins as the Singapore head of futures execution, a newly created position which underscores Citi’s commitment to further investing and growing its futures, clearing and collateral business for clients.

Hopkins joins Citi with over 20 years’ experience in the futures industry, with a strong focus on risk control and governance. He was most recently head of Singapore futures and options client execution for Bank of America Merrill Lynch Singapore.

Hopkins will manage the Singapore futures execution team and report to Kevin Zolkiewicz, APAC head of futures execution, who is based in Hong Kong.

Zolkiewicz says, “Kris is joining Citi at a time when we are building on the strong growth momentum of our Futures execution business in Asia Pacific. I am confident that his strong expertise in futures execution will help us deepen client penetration, improve our efficiency, and further our electronic execution agenda in the region.”
