Two law firms, Eversheds, headquartered in the UK, and Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP, based in the US, have launched globally under the name Eversheds Sutherland Ltd.

The firm has four main practice areas: corporate/commercial, human resources, litigation and dispute management, and real estate.

Eversheds Sutherland will be overseen by a global board of ten with equal representation from both firms, and will form a company registered in the UK.
