Wealth management firm Leo Wealth has acquired Jachin Capital, a Singapore-based fund manager with strong proprietary digital investment capabilities which the company says, will enhance its capabilities and expertise across all of its services and offerings.

Leo Wealth’s Singapore office will be headed by Jachin Capital founder and CEO Joyce Woo, a wealth management veteran with over 30 years of corporate and private banking experience in Singapore and Southeast Asia. She will oversee Leo Wealth’s operations and strategic growth in the region.

Jachin’s iAdvisor digital investment platform will be integrated into Leo Wealth’s current infrastructure and client experience to provide clients with worldwide and 24/7 access to their investment portfolios.

“The expansion of Leo Wealth’s network in Asia means we are more equipped than ever to help clients navigate through every stage of the wealth cycle, no matter where they work or reside,” the company adds. “The acquisition also refines our signature offering of integrating portfolio management with global tax and estate planning.”
