Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Capital Markets Practice and India Country Group with the addition of Rahul Guptan as a partner in Singapore. Guptan is a capital markets lawyer who advises Indian and international companies across a variety of sectors, as well as investment banks and private equity firms, on transactions involving equity and debt capital markets, M&A, private equity and regulatory matters. Guptan joins White & Case from Clifford Chance, where he was a partner and co-head of the Global India Group.
