GSA Group appoints Victor Lor as Asia Pacific head of investment management.

 

GSA, which provides student accommodation, has expanded its investment management reach into Asia. Its investment management division has grown across Europe and the Middle East. Lor will lead the group’s expansion in Asia.

 

The student accommodation sector in Asia is an emerging asset class supported by attractive long-term fundamentals. Increasing student mobility and the creation of new wealth across Asia are just some of the key drivers of demand for a university education and higher standards of university accommodation, while the supply of these professionally managed properties near to renowned universities is severely lagging.
