Lai Man Wong has joined the prime brokerage sales team at UBS, focusing on the origination and relationship management of hedge funds across Asia-Pacific.
Based in Hong Kong, Wong was previously with Deutsche Bank where she was a senior member of the regional research sales team. Before that, she worked in corporate finance and private equity, also based in Hong Kong.
In continuing with UBS’ strategy focused on delivering an integrated sales approach across its securities business, Wong will work closely with the equity and fixed income sales teams and specifically the firm’s China equities team to capture one of the fastest growing hedge fund segments.
