Deloitte Australia has named Cindy Hook as its new CEO, effective February 1 2015. A key member of the firm's executive and leadership team since 2009, she will take over from Giam Swiegers, who has led the firm for 12 years.

Hook is also Deloitte's executive sponsor for responsible business and the Deloitte Foundation.
